PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

  We use computer and other technical and creativity tools to establish and synthesis key issues, various and competing requirements, and fine-tune to arrive at the appropriate design solutions.

  The resulting explorations are used to collaborate with our clients and consultants to develop the detailed technical documents required.

The plans are prepared for:

1. In the tendering process to get quotes from contractors, subcontractors and perhaps quantity surveyors.
2. To gain building consents.
3. For the builder and contractors contracted to build the house as the blueprint for the construction.
